RULES REGARDING ADMISSION

Application Process:

Prospective students must submit the application for admission in the prescribed form available at the School Office.

The application form must be duly signed by the parent or guardian.

Entrance Test:

Admission will be granted solely to those who successfully pass the Entrance Test.

Required Documents

Along with the application form, the following documents must be submitted

Copy of the Birth Certificate.

Copy of the Community Certificate.

Copy of Aadhaar Card.

Original Transfer Certificate.

Original Birth Certificate for Verification.

These admission rules are designed to ensure a fair and transparent process, considering the academic readiness and age appropriateness for each grade. We encourage prospective students and their parents or guardians to adhere to these guidelines to facilitate a smooth admission procedure at St. Paul's Matriculation Higher Secondary School.

Age Criteria:

Pre KG : Must have completed 2 and a half years by 31st July.

LKG : Must have completed 3 years by 31st July.

LKG : Must have completed 3 years by 31st July.

LKG : Must have completed 3 years by 31st July.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Notice Requirement:

Parents or guardians are required to provide a one-week notice before withdrawing a student from the school.

Mode of Notice:

The notice of withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the school office by the parent or guardian. Withdrawal notices from friends or servants of the student will not be accepted.

Issuance of Transfer Certificate (T.C.)/School Leaving Certificate:

The application form for the Transfer Certificate (T.C.) or School Leaving Certificate will be issued one week after the school receives the withdrawal notice.

Clearance of Dues:

No Transfer Certificate will be issued until all outstanding dues are settled. It is imperative that all financial obligations to the school are cleared before the certificate is provided.
