The Fees Card must be duly signed by the Accountant or fees in charge and submitted to the class teacher by every student at least 3 days before the examination.
No student is allowed to be absent from the terminal examination or tests unless prevented due to illness. In case of illness, a medical certificate should be submitted along with a separate application by the parent in person.
Writing with ink pen is compulsory throughout the student's school life.
Answer papers of Annual Examinations will not be available for clarifications. Terminal Examinations (except annual) reports have to be signed by the parent on the Open Day in the school. Afterward, they can be checked by parents only after taking a written appointment. After every test, the copy has to be signed by the parent or guardian.
Any student found attempting malpractices in the Test or Term Examination will receive zero marks for that paper or face other punishments, including dismissal at the discretion of the principal. Malpractices include talking, making gestures and signs, changing seats, or using/carrying chits.
No re-evaluation in Class Test, Terminal, or Annual Examinations will be conducted under any circumstances whatsoever.These examination rules are designed to maintain the integrity of the examination process and ensure fairness. Students are expected to comply with these. regulations for the successful and ethical completion of their academic assessments.
